SLUSH PUPPiE Pouch Giveaway: Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter is: Manchester Drinks Company Ltd (company number 05475848), whose registered office is: Suite 412 – Warth Business Centre, Warth Industrial Park, Warth Road, Bury, Lancashire, BL9 9TB.
2. No employees of Manchester Drinks Company Ltd, nor their family members nor anyone else connected in any way with the competition will be permitted to enter the competition.
3. The competition is open to residents of UK, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
5. The competition will open on Monday 3rd September 2018
6. The final closing date for entry for the competition is Monday 15th October 2018 5pm GMT.
7. Winners will be drawn and announced by Monday 22nd October 2018, 6pm GMT. The promoter will allow the drawn winners 14 days in which to claim their prize. At this point, if no prize is claimed, a new winner will be selected at random, and the process above adhered to afresh.
8. Upon the prize being claimed, the promoter will send this out to the winner’s nominated address using a first class, signed for delivery service. The promoter cannot be held responsible for the winner’s delay in receiving the prize at the hands of the courier.
9. In order to be eligible for selection, entrants must reference a memory from their childhood and use the hashtag #TasteOfChildhood. This can be done as a comment underneath the promoter’s Facebook or Instagram post or as a reply to the promoter’s tweet on Twitter.

11. There are four prizes available. One main prize includes a family day pass for the value of £200 and a pack of 12 X SLUSH PUPPiE pouches . There are also three runner up prizes comprising: 12 x SLUSH PUPPiE pouches, in assorted flavours of Blue Raspberry, Sour Cherry and Strawberry. One prize will be given to a winner, selected at random from either Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. Other prizes will also be given to a winner, selected at random from Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
12. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
13. Winners will be selected at random by the promoter.
14. The prizes are not transferable.
15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
17. Entries may be shared by the promoter in the press/ media and on our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages.
18. If the winners do not want to be mentioned on the promoter’s social media channels or blog, it is the winner’s responsibility to let the promoter know as soon as possible.
19. If entrants submitting photos do not want these shared via the promoter’s social media channels or blog, it is the entrant’s responsibility to let the promoter know as soon as possible.
20. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
21. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
